Blood Money

“Kline Station… A poor fortress, but a great place to do business.” – Dr. Ethan Urquhart

Kline Station is halfway to everywhere, in the middle of nowhere. Far enough from the interstellar feuds of the Cetagandan & Barryaran Empires to remain uninvolved, close enough to the laissez-faire libertarianism of Jackson’s Whole that nearly anything can be bought, the Station is a nice place to visit, even if most people don’t plan on staying for long. It’s a busy commercial station, in a boring, planetless system that happens to be the nexus of six profitable interstellar trade routes. And since everyone else is busy with their own affairs, it’s the perfect place to swap a poor, lost aristocrat for a large chunk of cash. Or maybe even carve off a piece of the pie for yourself…

Welcome to Kline Station. Mind the quarantine. Enjoy your stay.

Blood Money is an original space opera parlor LARP written by Theatre Arcanos and set in the universe of Lois McMaster Bujold’s Vorkosigan saga. This game takes place after the events of Captain Vorpatril’s Alliance (blatant plug!) and features 20 non-canonical pregenerated characters. Knowledge of the source material is useful, but not essential.

Warning: This game may contain spoilers for the entire series of novels. But it’s still worth reading the books. Trust us.
